How do I access the Database, password not acceptd

How do I access the Database, password not acceptd was created by WestRowOps

I have installed the "Putty" app and have tried to login to the Impala Shell, it accepts my User_id but not my password (ie the ones I use to log into OpenSky), what am I doing wrong?

Presumably, you haven't applied for access. See opensky-network.org/data/apply, our FAQ opensky-network.org/about/faq#q5 and also read the first paragraph here opensky-network.org/data/impala
