Anonymize location with RPi

Hi

If you add your receiver through the Receiver, you can tick the Anonymize box to block your coordinates being sent with the raw data. If you set up the RPi and "provide a username, your sensor will automatically be added to your account".

How will it know to keep my coordinates hidden from researchers if I have not ticked the box to say please hide it?

Is there some mechanism to allow this to be done?
