Hi,
I want to determine the radius of containment for aircraft position messages based on NIC values in combination with the supplement bits a, b and c. As far as I know, supplements bits a and c are included in the operational status messages (type code 31) and bit b is implied in the airborne position message (type code 9-18).
Since one ADS-B message is of one type code, do I have to take the previous / following messages from the other type code into account to be able to combine the nic value with the three supplement bits? To get the radius of containment, I refer to table 9.10 in the 1090 MHz Riddle of Junzi Sun.
