Question about operational_status_data4

Hello!

I was wondering how the flag "hasoperationaltcas" works. On the DOC9871 (B.2.3.9.15 ) says that when ME 52 is 0 TCAS status is operational or unknown and when its 1 it means it's not operational.

Is this the same for the hasoperationaltcas flag? 0 means operational/unknown and 1 means operational?

Well, seems like versions are a thing.It was always in front of my face and I hadn't pay attention to it so much, but boy it is crucial.

Version 1: 0 means acas operational or unknown.
Version 2: 1 means TCAS is operational.

I hope one day this is useful to someone.
