HTTP 500 at API Request

I get every second request a HTTP 500 at the API. I use the API every 5 minutes.

Result is the the http 500

"Sorry, something went wrong on our side. We have logged the error and will take action ASAP! If the problem persists for longer than a week, we would be happy if you contacted us"
