Can I use the data to generate movement reports was created by WestRowOps

Can I use the data to generate movement reports for my personal use, i.e. for arrivals and departures at my local airfields?

Of course! As long as you don't make money with it, it's normally fine. This would squarely fit in under our mission of non-profit research/education. See also the opensky-network.org/about/terms-of-use
