Connect drops - why?

5 years 3 months ago - 5 years 3 months ago #831 by kerberos
Hi all,

my device was running yesterday all day, except a short disruption due to a reboot.

But the stats for this day are showing lots of offline time which i cannot explain. On my side i did not have any network issues as feeds were uploaded to other sites successfully.
See the screen from my profile.

EDIT: I've just checked profile from others, they had obviously the same issue.

Hi Kerberos,

sometimes it can take until the following night until some of the stats are correctly calculated and displayed. No worries though, nothing gets lost!

Today i had the same issue again.
More than that there are drops in the connection and the messages. However the number of aircrafts was stable.

My device was definitively not down during the given timeframe.
This is how it looks like in my profile. Is this also possible and fixed tomorrow?

Yes, it consolidates the uptime data later - nothing is lost. Looks like 100% uptime for August 3rd now!
