As explained a few times elsewhere in the forum, charts are both calculated live (which is error prone, as it is a massively distributed system) and then re-calculated based on the complete ingested data when it's more quiet at night (UTC). Your data for yesterday for example looks perfectly fine to me now, but the issue for today 1:00-2:00 should be fixed after the batch run tomorrow.
