That depends how technical you are.
Personally, I would set up a Virtual Machine, like Virtual Box
Virtual Box
and install Linux or PiAware. Then set up a shared folder to which the Linux impala shell writes and from which Windows can read.
Alternatively, run impala shell in a Raspberry Pi and offer a RESTful API which your Windows box can access.
Disclaimer: I am new to OpenSky and have no idea what "impala shell" actually is or does - that's just some ways that I have shared data between Linux & Windows.
